What we are building
Internal build — not ready for OEM outreachFMCSA is a major evidence source, not the only source. Exact-VIN web research, dealer/auction/listing history, company sites, public professional profiles, and SOARR first-party inventory/inspection events all add evidence. Operator evidence is kept separate from ownership evidence.

Contact Graph
SOARR internal intelligenceMulti-contact intelligence for company outreach. Verified public roles are separated from inferred contacts and department mailboxes; identity confidence and campaign readiness are independent.

Inspection Intelligence
Core SOARR workflowResolve the current/prior fleet, fleet size and mix, recent inspections, out-of-service and violation signals, and known company/contact context. Use this intelligence to suggest where additional inspection diligence may be valuable — never to pre-judge an inspection outcome.
National Kenworth Build
Next major data acquisitionJoin VIN/unit records to inspection events, USDOT/carrier census, safety/violation context and multi-source public contact enrichment. The workbook / HTML page is the operating surface; national-scale records belong in the SOARR data platform.
| Stage | Source | Output |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | FMCSA Inspections Per Unit | National Kenworth VIN + plate + make/type seed |
| 2 | FMCSA Vehicle Inspection File | VIN → dated observed operator evidence |
| 3 | Motor Carrier Census | Company identity, phone/email, fleet size, addresses |
| 4 | Inspection / violation / safety outputs | Fleet and asset safety context |
| 5 | Public web + SOARR first-party events | Ownership/operator corroboration + contact graph + lifecycle history |
Inspection Intelligence Lookup
SOARR activationEnter a VIN or SOARR ID. The seed model resolves known fleet/operator evidence, fleet size and available contacts. National FMCSA safety/OOS/violation context plugs into the same view as the national ingest runs.

Internal buildKenworth Story — Working Draft
Internal proof firstThe Rihm seed proves the mechanics: VIN normalization, dated observed-operator evidence, company resolution and contact enrichment. The next step is to expand nationally and strengthen owner/operator/contact confidence before deciding exactly what to take to Kenworth.
The commercial activation can later include connected-service recovery, dealer service/acquisition, remarketing and fleet campaigns. Contact intelligence remains internal to SOARR; only the appropriate program outputs need to be exposed externally.
